I went this afternoon to get an oil change. Pulled up and Bay 1 and 2 were full but Bay 3 was open. Gentleman quickly came out to talk, I told him what I needed and he said you are good right here in Bay 1. As I was waiting about 5 minutes later another customer pulled up and went right into Bay 3 and they went right to work on the car. A little while later two more cars pulled up. Joke of employees. Looked like they cared more about wrestling on the ground than checking all points. They broke my plastic cover for battery terminals. Didn’t show me new oil level. Nothing but profanity. 5/24/25 AM
