Valvoline purposefully misleads its customers on oil changes by rating full synthetic to only 3k miles. The techs, nor the manager disclosed to customers that full synthetic is rated 7,500miles. Good, honest people are getting scammed by this unscrupulous practice which leads to folk thinking they need an oil change when they do not. Unprofessional, lazy Assistant Site manager was smirking at me while he said they couldn't change my oil due to "liability reasons" aka Groupon. I'm sure the franchise owner and area manager wouldn't be pleased with them refusing revenue.
I have been consistently getting my oil changed here, and I have never once had an issue. The team is always nice and respectful, and they never try to upsell me or pressure me into buying things I don’t need. When they do recommend something to be fixed/replaced, they thoroughly explain what the part is and why/how often it is recommended to be fixed, as well as how long it will take for them to perform the task. They work fast and I will continue to visit them!
They have excellent customer service & care!!
