Everyone was very nice and helpful. They explained everything to me about changing out some filters and it was a quick and easy process. I would definitely recommend this place for an oil change or any other services they offer.
Absolutely Terrible and Dangerous Service – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give Valvoline ZERO stars, I would. I took my car in for a simple oil change last Friday, trusting that the technicians knew what they were doing. Instead, I got a team of inexperienced workers who made a careless mistake that put my safety at risk. Alex and his manager David were fantastic. I know nothing about cars, nothing about filters or oil. This was my first time ever getting my oil changed and Alex was not only knowledgeable but also patient. He walked me through everything, and when I didn’t know how to pop the hood he had no issue reaching in and helping me! I was a bit flustered by my car being messy and he was chill about it.
