Erik the manager was very helpful. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I truly appreciate how quick they were to change my oil and address any needs I had. I will definitely recommend this store and return for my next oil change.
The service tech Ciarra (hope I got her name right) is extremely knowledgeable. She did a great job on my service and also informed me of an issue with a drive train part that correctly needed replacement. Thanks again...
**BEWARE** Do NOT bring your vehicle here unless you want to end up with a crack in your oil pan DUE TO OVER TIGHTENING & paying 3 times what you anticipated to get it fixed elsewhere since they admit no fault! Husband brought our vehicle here for a routine oil change and drove it 1 mile home. Vehicle hadn't been driven for a couple days and what do you know- upon moving it, there was a puddle of oil.
