Always a great service. Can’t get service regularly for my 3.0 Duramax here. They’re always out of Dexos. They need to keep more regular stock here
Very knowledgeable, friendly staff, wait wasn’t too long
Totally scammed out of $178 today for a new battery I didn’t need. Mechanic lied and said it needed replacing as it was testing poor and 5 years old and out of warranty. Came home and checked a receipt for a new battery less that a year ago that still had warranty. Disgusting tactics and a loss of all trust in Valvoline.
They do a pretty good job and you don't even have to get out of your car. They give you a print out, they show you everything, which is kind of weird like they bring the dipstick up to your face, like this is your oil look at it, and this is your new oil look at it, but other than that. That's a good place to get you oil changed pretty quick.
