The manager gave me a free air filter and 10% as a first time visit to this location.
Terrible place.
My wife went in for an oil change on our new to us car. They tried but couldn’t get the oil filter off changed the oil and charged her. When I called in, the manager on duty said it is common for that style of filter to be put on too tight. If this is the case, test it before draining the car to see if it is too tight so we don’t have to pay for two oil changes and waste time. Went in for an oil change today, everybody was so helpful and friendly. They checked all of my fluids and even educated me on some things that needed to be serviced, and why they needed serviced. Explained it so I fully understood how things work. I’m extremely appreciative of the service that I received. I will always service my vehicle at this location.
Manager has no business dealing with the public.
