If I could give this store 1000 stars I would. You could not ask for a more friendly and personable staff. They explained every step of the process and the pricing each time. These men deserve raises because they are the reason people will continue to come here. It was my 1st time but they have a customer for life. I went after work on a Thursday (5pm) and the line moved quickly
I had borrowed my husband's car. I asked him the last time he had had an oil change and he said it had been like 3 years ago, so I decided to take it through the drive-thru Valvoline in my neighborhood. I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendly service. Camron also noticed that I had a tail light out and told me they could take care of that too. Been a customer since 07/2024 reliable service. Knowledgeable, friendly! Workers keeps me laughing but they for sure get you in and out in a professional manner!
I had a great experience customer service, which was great. You all are the bomb
Worst location in memphis by far. 1hr+ for one car when the other lane is getting cars out in 15-20 mins and it’s not like you can transition over to be seen quicker with new cars showing up. Employees just standing around. Not ideal when it’s hot. Left before I could be serviced. Will not be back. Germantown has far better customer service and speed
