After getting my oil change here I was driving to work and the panel underneath my vehicle fell off. I had to pull over and zip tie the panel up to make it home. It was clear there were fasteners missing and not secured properly. When I contacted them about the issue I was told they would get back to me in 2 business days. Truly unacceptable, the only place I can't see what they're doing and they cut corners and cause a legitimate safety concern.
The techs are professional and knowledgeable.
Always a great experience at this location! Chris & Eric were the two up top helping me & Ethan was down below servicing the vehicle from underneath. They got me in & out with friendly, amazing service
Stopped by for a state inspection today and learned that "our machine is down...it was down yesterday and we don't have any idea when it will be back up." I understand that things happen, but being asked, "can I help you?" with a tone of 'you don't belong here' means that I won't ever return. No worries, Leander Lube Express answered the phone with a cheery voice and invitation to "come on over, we've been open since 8am" like an old friend. I had the oil changed on my car last January, they did take longer than expected and Chris, the manager asked me to come back later to finish the job, I went back a week later and Chris was not there, the guy that took my car in to finish the job, couldn't finish it either, so after a couple of hours, he offered a FREE OIL CHANGE.
