There were a lot of employees ready to go as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. After they finished my oil change Justin was very good at informing about the other things I should address soon with the car.
Disappointed. I have been here a couple times and never had any major issues. I noticed an increase in 1- star reviews, and this should have been a red flag. A few days after my last visit for an oil change, half of my skid plate fell off when I was driving to work. My car was scraping the pavement on the roads. When I called to talk with the manager about the damage they claimed that my car was missing screws from the skid plate when I came in and they are not responsible. Update: 9/1/25 - Once again the team delivered excellent quality service. My car runs beautifully smooth! Big shout out to Chris and his staff for being knowledgeable, and just really chill. 5 stars!
