I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about when they give this place only one star. I've been coming here for the last two years, and every time I've been I've only had positive experiences. The service is exemplary, the staff is extremely knowledgable and I'm out in about fifteen minutes. I've never been "scammed" or conned into paying for products that I don't need. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience when getting your oil changed!
Serious Warning – Terrible Experience! 🚨 My girlfriend took her car to this oil change shop because they were offering a $40 discount deal. When she came back, I personally checked the oil level and was shocked to find at least 2 quarts missing from the engine! This car only needs around 4.5 quarts — running it with so little oil could have seriously damaged or even destroyed the engine. This is not just negligence — it’s blatant fraud. My daughter went there today for a simple oil change. She left $276 lighter after they deemed it necessary to flush the transmission. Also tried to upsell on air filter. I called to complain and suggest they stop taking advantage of people. Change the oil people, don't gouge...not cool. We won't be back.
Do not go here!! I went for the first time on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for synthetic blend, and was quoted pricing for the blend, by two different employees. Then when it came time to check out, they tried to charge me for full synthetic which was $20 more. I said absolutely not and demanded the price that they had quoted me.
