Very quick . I didn’t feel the heavy up sell but I did receive information about what extras were recommended. Justin was professional, pleasant and respectful.
Buyer beware make sure you check your oil after any oil changes from this place. Shady businesses practices as well. They forgot to put any oil back in my vehicle after services. Engine is shot called their claims department was told a area manager would reach out and never did. Decided to call the claims department after no call back and they mentioned the area manager stated to them that I wanted to take legal action. Called before going and was given a price for my cars oil change. Arrived and waited in line. Upon entering was told and oil change could not be done because i have a separate dry oil sump. So they saw me waiting and could have told me before i entered bay area and i was never told when i called. Recommend don't go here and would not trust their work.

Dylan was great explaining everything they suggested and the risks but wasn’t pushy trying to sell anything which I very much appreciated! Will be back to this location.
