**UPDATE:** After multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Valvoline, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. During my oil change/service at the Leander location, I was told my coolant was low and the technician topped off the reservoir. Shortly afterward, while traveling, my vehicle lost coolant and I was forced to pay nearly $700 for an emergency radiator replacement. Ive been coming here for a while now and i have always had a great experience. They always take the time to explain and help me understand any issues i may have going on. Today i had a hose pop and they were sooo attentive and was able to fix the issue with no problem. I am so very greatful for them!
