What great guys and service! Adrian and Thomas were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me some pointers on my cars maintenance. Way to go guys... bringing back value and customer service to the people!!!
Generally good service. I had my check engine light on after the oil change, but it looks like a temperature gauge thing or something. Had to call customer service. The store manager called and spoke with me, but by then I had figured out the issue since it was a couple of days later. Service was good, like usual, but just like the time before the change oil light was not reset after the oil was changed. I did get that fixed by lord google, and it was easy, just wish it had been done when the oil was changed.
A good couple of guys. Very friendly and there to help with all that they can. So I got a lot done on 2 vehicles.
Appreciate all the excellent service and help the valvoline team always provides. They are always friendly and courteous and work extremely hard to get each customer right in and out.
