I left the North Oak location as it seemed unorganized and as though they were behind. I went over to the Ambassador location, and the difference was like night and day. Basically the same amount of vehicles, but this location was running efficiently. Got me in and out in no time.
A very nice and honest people here I liked Nate, Trey and Travis and no wait time Update: still good and this time I got Sebastian update two got Sebastian again. I really love his honesty.
Not sure of the gentleman’s name, but this trip at Valvoline was great, thanks to him! He helped tremendously with my vehicle and made sure I knew what was happening, when it was happening, and whether or not it’s necessary now. He also helped me save money, which was great. But his service is really what earned my rating.
Did not shut the hood of my truck all the way.Almost lost it on the interstate. Not good
Got an oil cha ge. Very thorough and did what needed to be done.
