On March 26 @5:18pm I stopped at this Valvoline to get the oil changed in my daughters car. Usually I go to the Valvoline on Brandt Pike but, was in the area so I thought I'd stop in. Unfortunately, I won't go to this one again for the following reasons: 1) I was asked to pay immediately before any services were completed, which was new 2) I had to ask that the following services be completed a) air in my tires; b) windshield wiper fluid c) battery check.
