Bought a new HR-V and took it here for my first oil change. When it came time for my 2nd, I went to Take 5 (had a coupon). They only pulled a SINGLE QUART of oil out of my engine. There are two possibilities for this: either my new car was leaking/using oil, or Valvoline did not instill the full ~4.5 quarts my car needed.
