First time trying them out for an oil change. They ran out of the oil for my car, but that's no problem since I brought my own. I don't think they checked my tire pressure correctly. I had to fix the tire pressure the next day and they lost my tire valve stem... I planned to get my car all ready before I proceed with my plans the next day. I was quite upset about that since I have a tight schedule and it was interrupted.
Had to wait about 15 minutes before getting into the bay. Once in, it was smooth sailing. They always provide great service.
I got transmission fluid flushed and filled ,oil changed ,radiator flushed and filled,they checked tires, wiper blades . these guys are quick and you don't even have to exit your vechicle.yes recommend!
Went for oil change and had new guy putting in oil. Ended up spraying oil all over engine and some on windshield. Was told it was new guy. Sounds like he wasn't trained real well. They cleaned up some on engine and windshield. Were apologetic. Got home and husband opened hood and was still synthetic oil on plastic parts and oily fingerprints on outside of car. Husband is out now trying to get oil off engine and plastic parts and outside of car. We have been going there for years with no problems until now. Need to train your... read more
