Would not let my 2011 traverse get a standard oil change despite the fact that full synthetic wasn't even offered when it first came on the market
Everyone was extremely helpful! They were very nice and went above and beyond.
Well they replaced the air filter without asking me first. After I discovered they were doing something that wasn't like the oil change I asked for I questioned what they were doing and they told me they were changing the air filter. At the end when I paid for my services I had a coupon for 20% off my entire invoice. After leaving and having to reset my service light which they did not offer to do, I looked at the bill and saw that they'd only taken 20% off the oil change.
