**UPDATE** Under new management construct (now privately owned franchise) PRICES UP 150%! Beware. Also they did NOT adjust my tire pressure, printed 3k mileage sticker when I use only full synthetic (7-10k miles between changes) and did NOT reset the oil change reminder on our van. Let’s send the greedy owner a message, we won’t pay 2.5 times the price for LESS SERVICE just because we live in Haymarket. Time to find a new place folks, I’ll be taking my four vehicles elsewhere.
I went to the Haymarket location for my first Valvoline oil change. I was pleasantly surprised! Ian performed concierge type service; he was efficient, knowledgeable, kind with no hard sell. Kevin was the mechanic and performed the service very quickly. While I do miss getting my car vacuumed like with that other company, I do not miss the high-pressure sales tactics. I will definitely return to Valvoline for my next oil change.
These guys are great, quick and knowledgeable. They run the basics at the same time and make recommendations without pressuring to buy more services. Good honest people, wish they did state inspections - other than that, perfect!
Very nice friendly staff, fast service, no wait time for me. This is the second time I visit this location in Haymarket, and will keep coming back.
