Super fast and friendly. In and out in under 10 minutes! Great crew!
Showed up at 7:45, they’re supposed to open at 8 (second time they’ve opened late when I’ve been here due to someone not being on time). Pulled in the garage around 8:30, it is now 8:45 and they have not touched my car. This place blows. Do not recommend. No one cares, they can’t even open on time let alone work with any urgency after showing up late.
Techs were very professional, service was very fast and the price was fair. Compared to going to a regular service shop it was about 1/4 of the time. I would highly recommend Valvoline to friends and Family. A+
I had an excellent experience for the first time after using this location. I've been in Centreville for years and I thought I'd try it now that ive moved. Unfortunately I witnessed the rudest customer next to me talking to the staff like garbage and feeling entitled to be a jerk. The manager who was helping him handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. For one of the first customers to come in and treat another human that way was an awful start to the day.
