We have been sitting in line for an hour. I feel like a hostage.
The customer service and professionalism from Ricardo and also the gentleman with him in bay 3 was unmatched. I was in and out so fast and he even gave me the coupon to save the $10. Will def be back
My husband came on a Friday at 130pm. He was in line waiting for 30 mints before one of the workers a women stated it would be another 45 mints due to a customer in front of him getting Alot of work done. She walked past him to go to the back of the line and then informed him last. He said he left and will not be returning. Really disappointing.
