Friendly staff that are clear communicators and work well together as a team to ensure everything is done properly (including quality control). They try to get you in and out as fast as possible while ensuring everything is complete.
They didn’t bother removing the screws to the skid plate on my F150, the technician just ripped it off to get access to the oil pan. Now the skid plate hangs from the 2 screws keeping it attached to the truck.
