EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! Brie is the new manager and she truly has a heart for customer care and for her team. The team knows it and they all did great. Gracie, my service attendant, went the extra mile and discovered my battery was leaking. She took a picture under the hood and showed me. What a blessing she is because I am taking a trip out of state next week and probably would have gotten stranded! And Brie had to take extra time changing the battery due to the mess. Mr. Eric went above and beyond the level of service today as I went in for an oil change & decided to get wiper replacements as well. There wasn’t a great fit on the driver side but no problem bc Eric didn’t stop until it was resolved with the perfect fit. I had to come back to get the other blade to match & that was no problem at all!! Thanks to the other service members for their help as well! Great team!
