Mitchell was great!
I’m in town just for the day to help out my mom and Jenna came through like an absolute champion. Checked all her tire pressures did the washer fluid top off didn’t need anything, but everybody was super friendly and super easy. They made an annoying pitstop a hell of a lot less annoying.
Called trying to get oil change price for my vehicle. Call is only answered by AI!! Refusing to enable me to get through to a real person. I kept having to repeat myself. AI insisted repeatedly that I MUST come in! When the AI finally said they'd find someone for me, the call disconnected!! This is totally ridiculous and rude! You need to lose the AI, as you've lost a customer. My time is valuable, I'm not talking to a freakin bot, is that also who you have work on the vehicles!🤨
Bre was amazing! I know this is for cars but the stroller tires went flat and the were amazing and aired them up. You guys rock. I will definitely bring my vehicle in. Loved the customer service 10 starts!
Just took my car to Valvoline to get an oil change took them under 15 minutes to change my oil the best experience I have They are located on Harbison right behind the mall. Come check them out
