Entirely incompetent. Argued with me about how much oil my car takes and still overfilled it to an absurd degree. Most expensive, worst oil change I've ever had

Honestly, this was probably the best experience I've had since the first time I came to this location (Columbiana Dr near Harbison). I'd been coming since the location opened, and the service had started to go downhill to the point where I was considering going elsewhere. Today, Brie and her team were so helpful, friendly, and engaging that I'm glad I decided to give it one more shot.
