Lynn and Sean were very professional. The manager Michael is friendly. I am a regular at Valvoline and will continue to get my service here.
All the techs and the manager are nice to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough with great customer service. You can tell they really try to take care of you from the beginning to the end. I like how they gave me options for things that should be done to have better performance and overall care and took the time to walk through.
I don’t think I can express how good this Valvoline location is! I have always had professional and courteous service. They do such a great job! I’m not a car person, so they do a wonderful job of explaining things. I really appreciate how thorough they are and their customer service is next level. Shout out to techs Gunnar, Dalton, Lynn and manager Michael. Keep up the great work!
