This Valvoline consistently goes above and beyond. I come in for simple oil changes all the time, and they always point out important details about my car that I would normally overlook — all documented in Carfax, which is a huge plus. One time they accidentally popped a coolant line while replacing a battery. Instead of making excuses, and trying to put the blame on me somehow, they immediately apologized, fixed it, flushed and refilled the coolant, and even cleaned the engine bay. Friendly service, everyone engaged and on top of it. Cost came out as expected. Will definitely come back. That operate this place like a well oiled machine
What's the point of offering services besides oil changes if they can't get the right parts and a mechanic that can install it. I've had to go back to this location 3 times to get a battery installed on my car and all 3 times it has not been done, because they didn't have the one I needed or it was the wrong one.
