Generally pretty fast, decent price. Employees are flippant about your vehicle, though. Make sure you check it's put back together properly when you get home.
This shop is fantastic. They’re professional and communicative. Didn’t try to upsell or sell unneeded extras like air filter. Michael the manager made sure his people were on their game and checked in with us several times. Everyone was courteous and we were in and out in 10 minutes. We love this shop and will keep giving them our business! Thank you!
Return visit with TERRIBLE customer service. Did not think we’ll be returning. What happened? New management? Making us wait in the HOT sun to check levels when ALL the bays were available. Guys walking back and forth as we waited. Awesome customer service! They were training a new technician and they were ALL pleasant, clean, and really friendly! Honestly, I pulled in at a competitor location that was dirty and not friendly and Googled Valvoline because of good experiences in other locations in the past. So GLAD I did!
