When I arrived home, I noticed that my oil light was not changed to 0% (easy fix), my tire pressure was low on all four tires and uneven pressure on each tire, my windshield wiper fluid was almost empty and took a gallon+ of fluid to refill... for starters. On Saturday I went in and had an oil change done. First time ever going to a Valvoline and it will be my last. The service was great while I was there and they got it done quickly, but that night as I was driving home my oil pressure light came on and when I pulled over there was no oil in it. I call the next day when they opened and it took them over 4 hours to get a guy to tow my car into their shop. There was no apology or ownership for their mistake. I’m not trying to be a Karen, but this was a horrendous experience.
