Austin was great! I love how he didn’t force extra sales on me but gave me direct information about my car & how to make it better. I feel so happy and will definitely return for my next oil change!
Dalton helped me with my oil change and he was the best!! Extremely kind and helpful (because I don’t anything about cars) but great service and definitely coming back!!
The team was great there. A tad disorganized, but I still got out quickly. My one issue is that I was sitting in the bay, waiting for my receipt and realized that I didn't show my coupon yet. The tech, a nice, helpful guy came back and I said I have a coupon, and he told me that the system wouldn't allow him to modify the charge because I hadn't showed it to him earlier, and I know he doesn't set policy, it the folks in Lexington that do. The staff (led by Giselle this time) remain highly courteous and efficient - they are better than most dealerships I have been to in attentiveness and awareness of what is going on. Considering the mission focus on production, it's amazing they deliver as high quality service as they do. Typically, a customer can have it good, fast, or cheap - never even 2/3.
I've been coming here since they opened and have always had a very positive experience. They don't pressure you and treat you like a person and not a number. Everyone always smiles and says hi. It makes getting an oil change more pleasurable.
