Got me in and out in about 10 or 15 minutes. Check for coupons online to save a few bucks.
I own a Suburban. The claimed my vehicle was under a Chevrolet recall and refused me service despite me telling them I was NOT under said recall. No option to sign a waiver or really anything. This alone wouldn't be a reason I would give them a poor review. It had to do with the nonchalant sarcasm provided to me about this policy. It wasnt very professional nor empathetic at all. Poor customer service.
