The staff here is amazing! Isaiah helped me out today, I didn’t catch the names of the other team members, but they were all very kind and helpful. I usually dread going in for car maintenance, but I left with a smile on my face today! :)
We have been coming to this particular location since they opened. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have even checked the air in my tire without purchasing any service. The manager, Mike, has been very informative every time.
Both Kevin and Yessica were great! They answered my questions, didn't pressure me in an attempt to upsell me, but offered options. Gave me insight into future services I may need and what to look out for. So grateful for their help! They were also so wonderful to my daughters who were with me and asking a bunch of questions. Lol. I'll definitely be back!
Survey Comment: They were very attentive and willing to listen. I got the premium oil, then asked to please replace my window blinders meanwhile I sat in the car and did my work on my phone. I will never have to go to my dealership to get that service because it’s far and they take forever. Thank you, VALVOLINE!
