I have several disabilities that make it difficult to get out and get my car serviced on time. This was apparently a problem for Charles. The last time I got my car serviced was Nov 2025 at this Valvoline. Around February my car started making a knocking sound underneath the car. A few illnesses plus a hospital visit really set me back from getting the issue looked at but today I took it to a mechanic who found that the last person to change my oil (Nov 2025) left a ‘magnet tray’(???) on my car’s control arm. the staff was very friendly, outgoing, and very helpful with the moment I drove into the bay and then when I left. They went through a great inspection process, never felt pressure for the up sale either.
