Go in for a simple oil change. Staff was friendly but got to a point where he was making unnecessary jokes that they don’t accept coupons if we already have the money just unnecessary. We continued to turn down all the other 150 things they tried to sell me and go on our way. As we’re half way home we hear a God awful noise like something is scraping the ground.
