Just had the worst experience in this location. They worked on my car for an oil change and never disclose any oil to use. And gave me 3 to 4 suggestions to why i needed to get this and that service. But all i wanted was an oil change, as they have done the oil change, my bill was $120. I never pay an oil change more than $80 for nissan. I ask for a receipt and thr csr said that it will be emailed to me but never received it. And he couldn't even confirm my email address. I waited in my car for more than 30 minutes for an oil change. When I called to ask how much longer it would take, the person in charge simply told me that if I didn’t want to wait, I could leave. I had my son with me, and he was already getting very impatient after waiting that long. I understand that delays can happen, but the way the situation was handled was very disappointing and unprofessional. A little communication and courtesy would have made a big difference.
The male tech I had is RUDE!! Insisted on holding my phone to get insurance information and for an attitude about it
