They did an okay job, but there was little communication of costs or what was being used. They just treated me like a cash cow to process, even though it was empty when I went.
Took my vehicle to get an oil change on Monday, April 6th, and one of the employees broke my hood prop. I noticed when they were trying to bend it to fix it. They told me it was fine, but something told me that was not the case. As soon as I left, I checked it, and of course it was broken. I turned around, and they tried to fix it again, to which I told them they needed to replace it due to how damaged it was. I was told to call Valvoline customer service and submit a claim. I have had my oil changes done here for several years and continue to come back because the service is fast and friendly, they tell you the extras you need but are not pushy… love it here!!!
