Forty-five minutes in line. Not a single employee came out to explain the delay, apologize, or give customers any idea of what was happening. Delays are understandable. Silence isn't. When I asked how much longer the wait would be, the employee's response was, "No one is holding a gun to your head. You can leave whenever you want." Survey Comment: I had a coupon for $20 off, and I normally get my service for around $50 for a standard oil change. The rep. never did ask me what oil I was using or preferred and proceeded with putting the oil in the truck. Afterward, he told me of the price after the work was done. I implied to him I always got standard oil changes and not full synthetic oil changes. He showed me on the computer that I've been getting full synthetics.
