after parking in their busy parking lot and walking over to the garage, I was completely ignored. Nobody came over to greet me ,just for a car to pull up all the way to them and they walked right over to the car window and guess what they wanted !? a state inspection, exactly what I was there for ..so they just got to jump right in front of me in line. Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service.
Took my fleet vehicle for oil change/service. Caleb and his crew were so friendly, welcoming, and got everything done in record time! Other locations will skip some of the tasks, but this crew is above and beyond. I’ll use them moving forward!
They opened the coolant when the car was hot and it boiled all over the place. I was getting an oil change. The container is transparent. What were you thinking? Now I have to get it topped up and I missed my appointments today. Thanks!
