Very quick, professional and friendly service. I had not used Valvolines Instant Oil Change service before. I was disappointed with a previous competitor...I made an appointment online and when I arrived was told there would be a 2 hour wait so I canceled. I found Valvoline online and early morning pulled up and waited only 10 minutes. I pulled into the bay, they entered my car info and did all of the maintenance checks, replaced oil and filter in 20 minutes and I was on my way. I had an excellent experience today getting my oil change at Valvoline. Omarion was outstanding - very professional, knowledgeable, and intelligent. He walked me through everything clearly and made the process easy to understand. Brody and Zach were also great, working efficiently and making sure everything was done right. The whole team was friendly and professional. Definitely a 5-star visit!
The customer service here is always great. Zachary helped me and he was very kind and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they’ll get you in and out of there quickly.
The technicians are very polite very informative showing you your fresh clean oil on your dipstick at the proper level also showing you your battery charge is good off of the tablet in and out within 10 minutes
The oil change service on my F-150 was efficient and complete. I appreciate the crew of technicians at my local Valvoline Instant Oil Change that are courteous, professional, and efficient. Keep up the good work and you will have me as a long term customer.
