Everyone was so friendly! I love going to Valvoline, they’re always fast and proficient. I used to go to Walmart where it took 2 hours and people are rude. This place has always been worth the money.
Very friendly, great teamwork, great communication, and they don’t pressure you into spending more. I had quite a nice time there with my visit, was embarrassed at first because I had pulled in the wrong way but they directed me where to go and didn’t make me feel any way about it! I will be sticking with this place!
It wouldn't let me give a 0 rating. My elderly parents took their 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change Friday Oct 3, 2025. They have used them a couple of times before without a problem. After they left Valvoline, did a couple of errands in Ada and then headed home, their car went into a safety mode not going over 45 mph. They took it to check the computer and it was something to do with the oil filter. They went back to Valvoline and they redid the oil and filter but it didn't fix it. If I could rate zero stars I would. Brought my 2023 Kia sorento in for an oil change on 10/3/25 and before I even left the bay my engine and oil light were both on. I brought it to their attention and they had me pull back around so they could check out the car. The manager then goes under and claimed he performed another oil change himself while he was down there.
