Staff is very quick efficient and informative had me in and out in 15 minutes for an oil change and filter replacement
I had a great experience at Valvoline during my recent oil change. The topside service technician Nate was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. The entire staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently while explaining the services they were performing. Terrrible. Went for an inspection and oil change, "not doing inspections after 12PM. It was 1238. OK, I come back tomorrow. Arrive 1030am next day. "boss says no inspections today". Useless idiotic operation I guess.
Everyone was extremely respectful and cheerful! Very nice friendly faces everywhere. Explained everything they were doing. Will definitely be back for the next oil change!
