My first experience was really good. The guy was incredibly knowledgeable and got the job done fast. However my next visit was my last visit. I got my oil changed and asked if they could fix my rear plate bulb while I’m there. He did but while he did it he broke my back up camera and then blamed me saying it was like that when it wasn’t. He was overall great and maybe he didn’t want to get in trouble but I would have just appreciated honesty. Showed up at 0930 on a Wednesday morning, asked for an oil change and a tired rotation. No cars in the bay, no cars waiting, no cars behind me. Was told they couldn't do the tired rotation because the manager was about to leave, leaving only 3(?) workers, and it would take to long. Made me back out the one way to leave. Lame experience.
