Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. I pulled up and they told me to pull in. If I was there 15-20 minutes that was a lot. They explained all my options to me and they answered all the questions I had and I had many. Lol. The service could not be any better. They have a new loyal customer with me. Thanks guys. Stay well.
