I came to this 45th St location on 9/25 for an oil change performed by Jacob. There are a list of maintenance checks they are suppose to perform along with the oil change. Come to find out none of those things were done. My windshield fluid was empty, tire pressure was low on some of my tires, refrigerant level was low...etc. In fact, one of the things listed they supposedly checked was the steering fluid, when I went back to have them re-do the check list, the manager George told me that they can't even check that because t... read more

Worst place to get service from, my first time using Valvoline and my last time because i went there just to check and see why my radiotor temperature was going up without over heating and she said she'll check to see why, then went to Walmart to get a drink when i get back she said she couldn't do anything but she thinks it's my water pump that might cause it to not over heated or maybe the thermostat but still charged me $ 101.85 without my permission to except changing my coolant and replaced it with water for $ 101.85. a... read more
