I brought my vehicle to the Lincoln st location to get an oil change. They damaged my oil pan and was leaking oil in my Mercedes Benz. After bringing it to my dealership to see what the issue was they confirmed it was done by my oil change service. Over 2500$ in damage and after speaking with valvoline customer care service and the regional manager who is not a licensed mechanic, they are refusing to repair. On 2/4/18, I went to a store on Chandler St in Worcester to get my engine flushed. I expected the service to be done well, and while traveling out of town, my coolant gauge stopped working. I took it to a local shop and was told that when my coolant was flushed, it was not flushed completely and it is now clogged, which is why I was not receiving any temperature readings on my vehicle. I had my oil changed when I was there before headiing back to WA state. Now when I go to do another one, found out my bolt is stripped. It would not come out and keep spinning. They should have told me when they gunned it in too hard. I definitely won't go here nor any of my people. Thanks for nothing. Used to love going to Valvoline but I guess I'll do it myself from now on.
I had my own oil ! Just to change it for 10 min you guys charged me today $37 ! Thats to expensive ��! Disapointed !
I come to this location because they are 2 minutes away from home, however every time they have issues with my car. Didn't know that Hyundai Genesis is a special vehicle.
