Awful! I was made to wait after they failed to properly complete my service.
I went to grafton st worcester ma. The service was pretty good until I asked for them to turn off the check oil light. The attendant didn't know how so he then proceeded to google it, are you kidding me. I ended up leaving with the light on he just totally ignored me until I left. I need a sticker and told him I needed the car in good condition he had no answer. I am very disappointed.
Oil change went good or so I thought I got home and realized I had somebody’s else’s receipt and the sticker was for 3000 miles should be for 7500 this was a full synthetic oil change. Sent an email 2 days ago and nobody has responded not the service I was expecting
The guys were very polite with funny sesnse of humor. I will be back again.
