First time every letting someone change my oil. I went in at 4-14-20. Got oil change then driving down road plastic skid plate starts dragging. Get home all the bolts are missing. Call back and they said no. So I have had car for 6 months never had a problem let you guys change oil and mess my stuff up not happy and will never go back or let anyone go to you
Very expensive guy said I had to have a certain oil and it cost me over 80.00 not going back there again

took an hour for an instant oil change. Come on that was ridiculous.
Got service back on 8/23/2016. Tech broke glove box trying to put in cabin filter. Will, the Manager at the time, promised to make it right and get it fixed. Here it is 11/30/16 and it still has not been fixed. Every time we call we get the run around and get told they will call us back in a week, and they never call. Will be calling corporate tomorrow and placing complaint with the BBB. Very bad customer service. You break it, you should fix it.
I just had service (3/18/16) and it was great! Not only did they get me in and out they also were so friendly and nice! I recommend completely! Thanks crew!
