Just had my oil changed this morning. The team working there were a pleasure to meet. They were friendly efficient and didn't overcharge or add unecessary items to the basics. I would absolutely highly recommend and will be going back for future services. Thank you for a great first visit.

I can’t say enough good things about the crew at Valvoline New Milford this morning (6/22/18). Not only did they get my oil and filters changed quickly, but Frank and Sarah informed me that my battery cables were loose (now tightened), but that they identified and fixed an additional problem I had with a clogged A/C drain line which was leaking into the inside of my car. I sent my nanny in with our minivan for an oil change. It should have been $60 with an $8 coupon however you upsold it and added on a $150 transmission fluid replacement!!! I would say BAD business practice given the car was obviously not theirs!!! $200 later and I will forever choose elsewhere in the future!!
