I got my oil changed last week - as always, super fast and easy - and yesterday my car stopped working, had no oil in it, dead. I called and spoke to assistant manager Carlos, who could not have been more sympathetic and accommodating. I was to bring it back today for them to fix it, but this morning realized I couldn’t drive it at all. Super fast, super friendly and not super pushy with recommendations. I don't paying a slightly higher price for the convenience of the experience.
Excellent customer service. I got a good price on my transmission and differential fluid change service on my 2013 Mustang GT without even asking for a discount. Cheaper than dealership, without appointments. "Faster than fast, quicker than quick. They are lightning". This is going to be my preferred quick lube place from now on.
