We have been here 3 times to get our oil changed and everyone is so polite!! They also knocked money off because we had to wait. Honestly they are worth the wait! Exceptional service!!!
We had a problem with oil leaking from our car immediately after an oil change. I contacted the store, and they sent someone out to my home on a Sunday to make sure we were taken care of. I'm very pleased with their commitment to quality service.
I had my oil changed there in 2012. They typed my mileage in as 191,000 instead of 91,000. I didn't know this until yesterday when I went to trade my car in. They pulled the carfax report and it showed a 70,000 mile discrepancy between the report and my odometer. Their screw up has caused me a huge headache. I don't know how to fix this.!!!
