How about stop ripping off any and every female that walks through your doors? I have yet to meet a female who has had a pleasant experience by Valvoline. I live in Illinois and have chatted with gals who were ripped off at the local one, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Indiana, etc.

someone wrenched on my oil filter or crossthreaded it. it will not come off. had multiple people try with no success.
