I dread getting my oil changed because many times I feel being a female and knowing very little about cars, I am being sold items I don't need. Not once did I feel that at all today! (I was also greeted with not 1, but 2 smiles!) Thank you for the awesome service Aaron and crew!

Car had AWD service at 100k. Leaks fluid now. They say it wasn’t them, probably just wear and tear. I’ll never bring either of my vehicles back. Was a customer for years. No longer.
I got an inspection done at Valvoline. Yeah, I could see the technician working on my car but he still stripped a lug and lied about it. Manager (Auburn NY) said he would call me and make the situation right. He never called. I stopped by a few times but he was never there. I gave up and fixed it myself. Cost me a lot of time and money ... AND unneeded stress. Never again will I bring my car to Valvoline. Never.
I am loyal to Valvoline, especially this location. I rated your store each service an honest 100-I’m a Promoter. Now, I just left another Valvoline shocked they were open for business with their name on the building. Keep up the great work! Valvoline Instant Oil Change God Bless y’all.
This place is fantastic! Quick, informative and a very friendly staff! If you're not a do-it-yourselfer I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Valvoline! I had a great experience there today and will definitely be returning in the future. �
