These guys are awesome. Went today to get my oil changed and they actually held a conversation with me while they were working. They treated me like a real person instead of just another car they were working on. Fun people and quick service. Will definitely be taking my car there from now on.
weve been sitting outside the door with two vehicles inside...they are changing tires on one & starting to on the other...weve been here 50 minutes so far...cant get out once your in line...the people working are lost...worst time ever. & not in there yet..

Obviously every experience is different, but I've been taking my Civic here for a little over a year. They are polite, fast, efficient, and affordable. I'm not a car guy and I'm up front with them about that whenever they need to explain something to me. Knowing this, they never patronize me and explain things so that I can understand them. Had my 2 yr old daughter with me today. When they were checking the air pressure in the rear tires, I hear my little one laughing.
