Very poor customer service! Ruined a family members oil pan by stripping out the drain plug and told them there in there own to repair it! What a joke!
After servicing oil changes in my daughters car, for two years, they strip out the plug and oil pan, then proceed to explain, that because of the mileage those parts tend to wear out ! Calling corporate does nothing, they refer you back to the regional managers decision of denial of fault. I would never go to a VIOC facility ! Read all the reviews, of the thousands of dollars they have cost customers with their shoddy work. DONT GO THERE
my cousin Darrell Adkins just had an oil change there, and the tech cross threaded the oil plug and did severe damage. i will no longer be coming there and we are gona make u famous on Facebook

Devin and Rusty SHINE on customer service! I discovered that their competitor closed the beginnimg of this year and came here.
I will be going to my Chevrolet dealer from now on. The service from the personnel is excellent; but the prices, wow! I now know why there wasn’t a line and didn’t have to wait. I’m sad, because it’s so close to my house; but I just can’t hack $121 when the dealer charges $69 for full synthetic and tire rotation. 😢😢😢😢
Had a great experience at Valvoline in Washington! Everyone was very friendly, and professional! We had Dan helping us out today, and him and his team really took care of us. Thanks everyone!
Said they checked the fluids but they didn’t!!!! Needed transmission fluid. I thought I needed a transmission but instead you need to train your crews to not be lazy!!!!!
