The up-charge salesman pitch is a complete joke. Verbally told the technician I had a coupon upon arrival who then said he will look at it but not until the end. Wasn’t till after oil was put into my truck that I was told my coupon was invalid because it wasn’t conventional. Thanks for the 100 dollar upcharge. Lucky for me I costa oil just opened in Gibsonia reasonable prices and no up sell techniques.

My fiance took our car here to get a simple oil change today. We were first flabbergasted by the price of $115 but decided to do it anyways because we figured with the price they would do a great job. Boy were we wrong! Not only was the staff rude and impersonal and about ten minutes after we left the skid plate fell off while driving down 79. Thank goodness we heard a sound to warn us of an issue. So I pull in for an oil change and am told due to my engine I need synthetic and the cost is 99.95 so as you rip me off $100 I look up Walmart prices and find it’s half your price. I will NEVER be back. You are a ripoff and should be ashamed at a 10 minute job charging someone that much. What a joke.

very mad and disappointed bc i got charged $120 for an oil change (and air filter change). WITH A $10 OFF COUPON. still was $121. they didn’t tell me the oil was 90$ until they were about done doing the service. i was willing to pay for the filter it needed change. but who in the right mind would ever pay that much? i do have a vw but i’ve gotten my oil change multiple places and never have i even paid a fraction of that. i’m upset they weren’t honest with me from the beginning. never ever ever going back.

The Best place to get my oil changed!! Friendly & honest employees!! My engine light had come on the day before I got my oil changed & I ask them if they could check it out, & they said sure we will hook it up to the diagnostic machine!! I was worried that something could be wrong with the engine, but he said your gas cap is lose, he tightened it & the light went off! They were so honest, could have told me anything!!
They were so fast here and didn't care at all that I breezed in almost at closing. I'll come again :)
