Forgot to hook the hose back up to the air filter and bolt the air filter down so my car continuously died, I had to drive it back up there to have them bolt it down. NO REFUND NOTHING except a free oil change NEXT TIME why would I go back
They didnt latch my hood... and my truck went from 100% oil life to 98% over night.... my 16 yr old said mom there is oil all over the underneath of the truck �. This is the first issue we have had going there but I am NOT happy and I'm going back there NOW
I have been patronizing this location for as long as I can remember with my personal vehicles and my commercial fleet vehicles. I have never had a single issue there, they are always professional, polite and work hard to get my service done safely and efficiently. Thanks to the whole team there for taking care of my vehicles.
The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and was able to watch both under the hood and under the vehicle on camera which is a huge stress reliever. Fast and friendly!
