RecommendedThey were quick,efficient, great customer service and the staff flowed nicely and appropriately with each other. They were not discussing their personal life. I really loved that I get so tired of standing in a check out line to have to inefficient cashiers talking about their baby daddy or whatever. So this was refreshing. They found me a ten dollar coupon. On top of all the good service the bathroom was sparkling clean.
I arrived minutes before they closed today quite overwhelmed because I was having a problem with my vehicle. Rob and Lauren were both very polite and professional. Rob went above and beyond to patiently and kindly explain what was leaking and answered all of my questions. It was the best car related service I've ever received. They have broken several laws of motor vehicle inspection, whenever I go there they say the inspector left. According to article in cr79, article 79.8 section 2, they must employ a full time inspector at all times, not to mention a bunch of other laws they break. Education is the key. They told me the inspector left but didn't offer to set up an appointment for me, another breach of the inspection station dmv laws. I will return tomorrow with the black jeep liberty, ya better take me in.
Very over priced and unprofessional !!! Never will I go there again!!!!!
