They do not ask your info to change it. Haven’t had the car for 1 1/2 hrs and I got an email saying the car had an oil change. I don’t know if they printed the receipt for the customer. Hope not because it had all my info on it. They should have asked the customer to verify name and address.

Pushed services not needed for car. My husband had changed my air filter and wiper blades days prior to my oil change and was told I needed replacements. Very corrupt and I will NOT be using them in the furure. I also do not recall allowing my personal information and services provided to be reported to carfax, and upon trading my car in at a dealership, was told all of that information was reported by Valvoline.
