The store manager Boyce was extremely helpful and informative. Helped diagnose an engine light, something that another shop was going to charge me $80 to do, and he did it FOR FREE! The other staff were all very pleasant, and you can tell Boyce is a true leader, not just a manager.
You changed a timing belt on a friend's car and charged her $800. Three weeks later the timing has shredded and not only will you not warranty your work, you want her pay you another $500 to repair what you didn't fix properly the first time. Always a pleasure gentlemen!! They take care of my Duramax and my Camaro and always do a great job. This is the only place I use and I will continue to use them because of the knowledgeable and professional staff. Someone give these guys a raise!
I've had my oil changed here for a while now but today I was hit with an extra $60.00!!! just because I ask the tech to change my wiper blades. I had no idea they would charge $29.99 each. They can be purchased else where for $16 - $17 each which means they charge 30 bucks or so just to clip them on. I should have asked but they should have told me the price was that high. I'm an unsuspecting female. It won't happen again . . . I won't be returning.
Pulled in a workers made comments thst truck was to muddy. Said they could not change oil or do other fluid changes due to corporate not allowing muddy trucks to be serviced. They might get something in eyes or mouth. I guess the oil coming out could not get in the eyes or mouth. Just could not believe a little mud was worth $500 worth of service. Guess they don't have to wear PPE while working. But I guess I will take personal vehicles and have everyone that works with my company and company trucks go else where.
