went there this morning 7/11/2019 and had normal service done but kyle the tech broke the dip stick on my car put the top piece he broke back in the dip stick tube. and him and other tech laughed about and sent me out well i know their suppose to check it and when i didn't see it done i knew something was wrong pulled next door checked my car and sure enough he broke it went back and logan the step in manager took care of me which isnt his store so now waiting on new dipstick to come in but i wouldn't recommend anybody going... read more
Was charged an additional $40 because my truck has a lift kit on it !! Really !!! I would like to know why I was not told this before they started changing my oil . Was informed after he had my credit card info. That's bad business ! #bsvalvoline
Over filled my oil. Head gasket was leaking oil and plug almost blew. One plug wire still has oil coming out. Been over a month and oil still way over on stick. Thanks
Second time visiting this location and have had an amazing experience both time Jake and Matt where amazing very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back!!!
They did an excellent job for me. Chad, the guy who worked on my car, was great. He did an excellent job. He was extremely friendly, but it wasn't the fake (I have to do this because it's my job) friendly. If he's not a manager, then he should be!! I've read the other reviews on here, but my experience was great. If you want to increase your customer base, and keep existing customers, then you need a 100 people like Chad.
