Jace the manager was absolutely amazing!! Lloyd was also amazing both have great personalities. Jace was super helpful and made me a permanent customer of this location for sure ! The whole entire staff was joyful and nice even though I didn’t work directly with them, every single one spoke and was all around friendly . Recommended this location if you’re in the area !
During the oil change, the "technician" somehow disconnected my VSS plug. When I told them something was wrong their first response was, "Nothing we did would've caused it " After taking it to a mechanic,he plugged it back in and the car resumed normal operation. The simple fact that they didn't pull me back around and investigate shows their training is deplorably insufficient. The stress and anxiety I experienced was unnecessary to say the least.
