I don’t like posting negative reviews, but my daughter recently had her oil changed at the Shepherdsville’s Road location and while there they did their courtesy check(???) and told her that the battery was on its last leg and her tires needed to be rotated. Wrong!! Not only was the battery less than a year old but I had had it double checked. Battery is absolutely fine. And the tires are regularly maintained Trying to take advantage of a customer is bad business. And to top it off the underside cover for the oil pan access ... read more

The wait time was ok, but they charge more for an oil change than they do at the dealership! They kept trying to sell me additional things. The only reason I went there was because of convenience. Other than that it was ok.
Was expecting to get in and out with in 15 minutes, 20 minutes at the most. But when u been here for 30 plus minutes for an oil change it's pretty damn ridiculous
Superb customer service! Incredibly fast and very thorough. Friendly, helpful, funny and not a pushy sales pitch.
