CSR wanted to argue with everything we talked about such as lube the chassis, check the rear end grease and the amount of air pressure I wanted in my tires.

They stripped out my drain plug and tried to pass off the blame. I’m being towed to the shop!������ five thumbs down!! If your in the business you need to be able to tap or replace a drain plug!

Beware I went there for a convenient oil change and they blatantly argued with me that wrong oil was being used by the DEALER! threatening to not do my oil change! They just want to up sale you to a more expensive oil! Super rude and you simply don’t treat a paying customer like crap. Many times wait over an hour without so much as a sorry. Won’t be back. It looks like I’m not the only one who agrees that this location is going downhill fast.
Very disappointed they are rude and negligent they did not locked my vehicle's hood and I drove all the way home with the hood just close. They also forgot to put the windshield fluid reservoir cap back one so my vehicle don't have one now their service is awful. I'll never go back to this place. Corporate needs to take care of the negligence from people at this place before anybody gets seriously hurt because of their careless service.
