their customer service is terrible. botched my oil change. They didn't put my filter on correctly. oil was everywhere. And they won't do anything to remedy it. Or pay for my tow or the service to fix what they screwed up.

Came in for simply an oil change, was told my battery was fine. Left after they drained my battery, jumped it and said it’d be fine. It’s not fine- it failed to charge, and even after returning to explain to them they had destroyed my battery was told it was my fault and then proceeded to walk away. They damaged my battery and failed to even apologize for something they called a mere coincidence. Autozone and a mechanic told me Valvoline owe you a new battery- all I got was appalling customer service. Do not use them!
