My experience at Valvoline on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston this evening was disappointing and quite frankly, very frustrating. I typically go to the Valvoline on Warwick Avenue and have for years without any issues whatsoever. When I went to the Cranston Valvoline earlier this eve, I pulled up without being greeted or asked if I even needed an oil change. I visited this past Saturday and had a very nice experience, the staff was helpful and kind. I will be returning for more oil changes at this location.
I waited there for 2hrs one car stuck in a bay for 1.5hrs waiting for a part and they rotated cars around let two others go ahead of me when I was there first very bad experience will not go there again
