Went to get an oil change, just to find out an hour later my vehicle had absolutely NO oil in at all. Check engine light came on, oil change light came on. Customer service was no help either, telling me to catch a cab home and to leave my car where it was as Valvoline was now closed at the time when I noticed. I had two minors in the car, what great customer service. Extremely upset, will never be coming here again. NO, do not recommend to anyone and will be looking for a full refund. I have finally found a place that does not try to sell me a million other things. I am constantly asked if I want an air filter or wind shield wipers when I know I don’t need them. I just want an oil change. The staff here is thorough and friendly, especially Joe! I recommended this place for quick service with personable staff.
I went to Valvoline yesterday. They tried to charge me 75 dollars for am oil change.

I was completely out of oil and they were the only ones still open. Most of the time when I go to car places I feel like they’re always trying to rip me off- but Ed and Joe, my service guys, were great! They explained everything to me and did not try to pressure me into anything or buy stuff I didn’t need. They showed me my filthy air filters and let me decide if I wanted to replace them. Unexpectantly good experience. And I never really write reviews!
Amazing the staff was the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with very professional and knowledgeable thank you for making my experience a great one!!!
