Have made this place my oil change place for last 15 years. DONE! No more! He had me run the car for two minutes and I was the one that had to tell him no one added oil after runnung for a minute. I have seriously just visited the most worthless oil change place on the planet.
These guys rocked. Quick, knowledgeable and have some good music playing. One of the guys even showed me more about my car and some of the maintenance it will be needing. Air filters and such.
Very helpful! Just had to wait over 40 minutes to get into the garage.
Employees were very friendly explained every step they were doing even though i had to wait so they could go get my air filter from another location. Had to remind them when they claimed they topped off my coolant overflow contanier when we sit and watch work being done and see if they are doing everything they say they do�.
The guys at Valvoline S. 27th St. are great - Exceptional customer service! Valvoline was the 5th place I stopped yesterday b/c no one else would service a Jetta. Not only did they change the oil, they explained what they were doing and why, clarified some untruths from the other 4 places that I stopped (like the fact that I didn't need a full oil flush) and ran out to get a filter for me. I know where I will stop first next time!
