The location on RT 74 in Indian Trail wasn't bad, but the location in Monroe is a cess pool.
RecommendedI cant and wont go to any other Valvoline as I am so beyond pleased with the service I receive here (Indian Trail) Staff is so very personable and friendly never once have they tried to "up sell" me on anything but rather provide the service I come in for, I highly recommend these folks for you future Automotive needs. Thank You all again for the fast friendly service provided to me on this afternoons visit Y'all Rock ~

$57 for an oil change?!?!? Smh...really ?!? Why I'm the world would anybody pay that for an oil change
Quick. Will try to sell you extra things when you go for an oil change. Technician quoted me 9.99 for a filter, then charged me 24.99 and argued that I was mistaken on what he quoted me when I asked why I was overcharged. He then changed his story to "well you can see I refunded it with a discount at the bottom." I didn't appreciate the shady way that was handled. They overcharge for oil changes. Average. Very fast. Poor waiting area. Expensive.
Was a repeat customer until this weekend. Technician failed to secure my oil filter which created a puddle in my driveway. Customer service to address the issue when I returned the vehicle has been a consistent string of false promises. Seems there are some very clear management issues. Buyer beware.
