When I went to take my car for an inspection a few months ago, I was told I needed a new belt and he failed the inspection. However, he did show me the belt. Cost would be around $85. I thought he was just telling me that to get money from me so I went somewhere else and another automotive service passed the inspection. Needless to say, the Valvoline employee was right. Stay Away!!! Was here a few weeks ago and they broke my key off in the ignition by trying to start the car from the passenger seat. After breaking the key they left the car running so I wouldn't notice until after I was gone. When I did notice I called and the manager at the store said they would make it right.
