Had my oil changed yesterday 09/14/19. Ford F150, half way home the panel on the bottom of the engine came off. Not the first time it has happened with this location. I would think for a $70 oil change a little more attention to detail would be provided. My last time using this location.
paid $43 for a conventional oil change with coupon. I'll stick with changing my own for about 25$ too much for me.
I do not like the additional services that they have to go through.
I used to dread getting my oil changed. These guys made it *almost* dare I say....fun? Fast and super friendly service. The guys all work well together, double check each other’s work so nothing is missed, and they were thorough and professional. The assistant manager was hilarious and kept us entertained (you sit in your car while they change the oil). Knowledgeable staff! Ya, they cost a little more, but it was the best oil change service and I won’t go anywhere else.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had my oil changed and they broke the skid plate on my 2016 car. They didn't bother to tell me. I found out several days later when driving as I heard a noise in the front end of the car. I took it to the dealer and they told me what was wrong and gave me a quote to fix it.
